Why Not Two Android Profiles? Two Identities on One Phone Instead
Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. The video then plays in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode.
Why the Communication Suite keeps family and operational contact on two identities in one phone profile, not on two Android user profiles. The earlier two-profile design was rejected on two independent grounds: Cape activates in the owner profile and IMSI rotation while a secondary profile is active can drop service, and the split only defended against threats the kit puts out of scope, while costing a Mullvad device slot, a duplicated tunnel posture and complexity. What replaced it: Signal plus SimpleX, or Signal plus Molly, with the caveat that Signal and Molly share Signal's servers.

The honest limits
Signal plus Molly is separation, not redundancy: both ride Signal's servers. The kit doesn't protect an unlocked phone in someone else's hands: that's tier four, and out of scope. The profile problem comes from Cape's own guidance; check it is still current.
