Airport, Border and Hotel Arrival with a Privacy Travel Kit
Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. The video then plays in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. Everything on screen in the Hardware Lab is a training value.
Phase 5, part one, of the Communication Suite build: arriving. In the terminal, the phone stays off or in the Faraday bag and the laptop is shut fully down, so the phone never attaches to an airport tower next to your passport scan. In the hotel room, the order every time: the router onto the hotel Wi-Fi through the supported GL.iNet captive-portal flow (an exposure window, kept short), protection restored immediately, Step 4.5's full profile selected, endpoint settings verified and the leak and DNS checks repeated; then the laptop, then the phone, and the router in a drawer. Shown in the Hardware Lab's Hotel arrival scenario.
What you’ll learn
- Transit without a tower record beside your passport scan
- Handle the captive portal safely
- Set up the room in the right order

The honest limits
The results from the hotel test lab, a real test network, don't prove every portal workflow leak-free, and the Hardware Lab's checks are a model, not evidence. Never enter real room details into the simulator. What happens at a border is local law.
